As the leader of Tower Eight Staffing’s Credit and Collections Department, he plays a pivotal role in protecting the company’s financial strength and long-term stability.

Renowned for his strengths in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business planning, Mirto has been instrumental in driving financial performance and consistently exceeding organizational goals. His broad expertise also includes workers’ compensation policy negotiation, claims oversight, contract negotiations, and comprehensive cash and asset management—making him a trusted authority across multiple operational and financial disciplines.
