JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN – MIAMI

Responsibilities/Duties/Skills:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and project specifications to determine electrical layouts.
  • Run and connect wiring for power, lighting, and control systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Ensure proper grounding and circuit protection for all installations.
  • Collaborate with other electricians, apprentices, and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and safely.
  • Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices such as multimeters to ensure compatibility and safety.
  • Follow OSHA and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and working order.

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Salary: From $20.00 per hour

License/Certification:

  • Journeyman Electrician License (Preferred)
  • 2+ years experience (Preferred)
